Requirements
- Class A CDL
- One and a half or more years of experience driving tractor and trailer
- No major moving violations (non-moving minor violations excluded).
- No preventable accidents during the last 36 months.
- Safety First Attitude, with a Proven record of road safety regulations and driving
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: 0.65-0.75 per mile (depending on experience, performance, and other factors) Weekly Pay range:
- Weekly Pay range: $1,500-$2,600/week. Top pay Drivers earn $104,000+ annually
- Miles per week range -2500-3750
- Paid for ALL Miles (Loaded or Empty) & all extra drops
- Supplemental Pay: potential for detention pay, layover pay ($150), breakdown pay, extra drop pay, an
- An additional 5% bonus from all revenues over 2500 miles per week on top of the per-mile pay agreed
