Consistent contracted freight and pay no chasing loads.
Multi-temp reefer, mixed freight.
Per diem/breakdown pay up to $100/day.
5-7 days on / 2-3 home, consistent rotation.
No forced dispatch. Direct line to dispatch & support.
$500 referral bonus.
3-5 yrs reefer required. Clean MVR/Clearinghouse, no SAP 3 yrs.

Experience in Operating
- Reefer
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3-5 years reefer/temp-controlled experience
- Comfortable with multi-temp loads
- Clean MVR & Clearinghouse, no SAP within 3 years
- TWIC preferred — not a dealbreaker
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts at $1,500/week, increases with tenure, plus performance bonus opportunities
