M&P Logistics is a rapidly growing, women-owned 3PL headquartered in Florence, KY. Founded by Kim Hall in 2011 and built on decades of trucking experience, we bring a "driver first" mentality to the logistics world.We are hiring a professional regional driver to haul freight across Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. You will operate modern company-owned trucks with a competitive pay structure and consistent weekly routes. We value safety, professionalism, and reliability.
Experience in Operating
- Dry Van
- Reefer
- Step Deck/Low Boy
Requirements
- Valid CDL and ability to meet insurance requirements
- 2+ years of driving experience with a clean record
- DOT medical certification
- Experience with high-value shipments (preferred but not required)
- Physically able to properly strap and secure freight according to industry and safety standards
- The ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs as needed
- Communicate clearly and maintain paperwork in English
- Perform drop-and-hook operations as required.
- Operate van and refrigerated trailers, including high-cube vans and reefers.
- Send detailed photos of the load at key points for documentation & communication purposes
