- Class A CDL with 12+ months of verifiable experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in 12 months
- No more than 4 moving violations in 3 years
- No more than 1 serious violation in 3 years
- No more than 3 accidents in 36 months

- Weekly miles: 2,250-2,300 average
