Full-Time | Company Driver | Current as of Dec 27, 2025
Pay & Bonuses: $0.67$0.71 CPM (Non-Haz/Haz, based on exp). Avg $85K$105K+. Safety bonus up to $875 + PTO & $600 on-road bonus every 90 days. Hiring bonus up to $1,475 + PTO. $100/yr anniversary. $25$35 band pay.Home/Freight: Home weekends (~48 hrs). 100% no-touch dry van. No NYC/Canada/Mexico.
Extras: Detention after 1 hr, hazmat premium, accessorial/referral pay.
Benefits: Weekly pay, PTO per 60K miles, 401(k) match, $10K life, medical/dental, rider program, assigned tractors.
Experience in Operating

Requirements
- A valid and current Class A CDL
- 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
