- Your own truck in good working condition
- Active DOT number and operating authority/lease under ours
- Valid DOT medical certificate
- Clean MVR and satisfactory safety record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
- Current and valid truck insurance
