SPECIALIZED FLATBED & HEAVY HAULPAY: $3,200$3,400 NET weekly (65%77.7% LH).
EQUIPMENT: Flatbed, RGN (6-9 Axle), Step-Deck, Stretch.
LOADS: Specialized Heavy Haul, Oversize, High-Value, Escorts.
PERKS: 100% FSC, Tarp, & Detention. Same-day pay.
BONUS: $1,000 Orientation (GA or Zoom).
FREEDOM: 48 States. NO FORCED DISPATCH.

Requirements
- Age: Minimum 23 years old.
- General OTR: 12 months verifiable OTR (5+ states) in the last 3 years.
- Flatbed Exp: 6 months OTR flatbed in last 3 years or 10 years + 2-day securement class.
- License Status: Max 3 moving violations (3 yrs) and max 2 suspensions (2 yrs)
- Major Tickets: No 15+ mph over, seat belt, or cell phone violations in past 3 years.
- Equipment/Docs: Trucks must use Motive ELDs; TWIC preferred.
- Accidents: No at-fault accidents; no DOT recordables in last 12 months.
- Severe Incidents: Cargo loss and rollover accidents must be 5+ years old.
- Work History: Max 7 jobs in 3 years; no job abandonment or safety terminations.
- Substance Policy: Only 1 lifetime DUI (none in 5 years); no failed/refused drug tests (5 years).
