Requirements
- Experience: 1 year OTR (3 states) + 6 months flatbed in last 5 years
- Must have experience with steel/pipe, straps, tarps, chains, and binders
- Max 3 moving violations in 3 years Max 1 major violation in 3 years
- Max 1 DOT-preventable accident in last year
- Max 6 jobs in 3 years (6+ = no bonus, 7 = case-by-case)
- No recent safety terminations
- No pending charges No DUI/DWI in past 5 years
- Urine test DOT physical valid if 6+ months remain
- Age: 22+
Pay and Benefits
- $5,000 total: $1,500 first load, $1,500 at 6 months, $2,000 at 1 year
- 27% of load Average driver earnings: $1,400–$1,600/week gross Paid Fridays, direct deposit
- Mandatory per diem: $300/week non-taxed
- Detention: $16/hr after 2 hrs Tarp: $40/load Breakdown: $100/day Layover: $50/day after 24 hrs
