Requirements
- Safely operate a 53’ dry van
- Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Follow all FMCSA regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Communicate with dispatch for load updates, routing, and schedule changes
- Ensure secure loading, proper weight distribution, and trailer cleanliness
- Manage pickup and delivery appointments with professionalism
- Maintain consistent on‑time performance and safe driving habits
- Valid CDL‑A with at least 1 year of experience
- Clean MVR and safe driving record
- Ability to run full OTR week before home week
