We are actively seeking experienced and dependable owner-operator truck drivers for regional and over-the-road (OTR) power-only routes. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers who own their trucks and are ready to take on challenging, rewarding freight hauling assignments across various regions. Join a dynamic team committed to safety, efficiency, and excellent service. We are a small company with less than 5 trucks, so you will be prioritized. Must stay out minimum 7 days.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Must have a smartphone or tablet device for logging and dispatch.
- Must be 25yrs or older.
- 2 yrs or more regional or OTR verified experience.
- Clean MVR 3 yrs No moving violations or accidents in past 3 yrs in CMV.
- No moving violations or accidents in past 2 yrs in personal vehicle.
- Pass background and drug test (s/o cases and cases involving a death will be reviewed if eligible)
- Good running condition without excessive body damage Must be compatible with motive eld
- Must pass pre hire dot inspection.
Pay and Benefits
- 5,000 - $7000 weekly take home after fixed deductions.
- 75% gross of each load delivered(fuel surcharge will be included in total gross amount)
