Local operation in Huntington, IN seeks an experienced Class A driver for a home daily shuttle/spotter role. Position offers steady hourly pay, predictable schedule, no touch freight, and consistent trailer moves between plant and warehouse. Duties include onsite spotting, trailer positioning, and rotating weekend coverage in a slip seat, one truck setup requiring strong reliability.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 2nd Shift: M-F 1130 AM to close (typically 7pm)
- Occasional extended coverage: 5–6 AM to ~7 PM, rotated between drivers
- Daily home time
- OT after 40 hours
- 40-hour weekly minimum guarantee (must be available for all scheduled shifts)
- No-touch freight - Slip-seat operation; shared truck
- Shuttle and spotter work between plant and warehouse
- Hiring within a 45-mile radius of Huntington, IN
- 6 months recent tractor‑trailer experience
- Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements required
Pay and Benefits
- $28.00 per hour - $500 transition bonus (paid on second paycheck)
