Local CDL-A position based in Fredericksburg, VA running a dedicated grocery distribution fleet. Drivers stay active with frequent stops, unloading with electric pallet jacks, and returning freight back to the distribution center. Routes run throughout Virginia and Maryland, averaging 1300 miles per week. Home daily with two consecutive days off.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license - Experience accepted from 0 months and up
- Ability to load/unload using electric pallet jack
- Comfortable with 20–26 stops per week
- Must live within 45 miles of Fredericksburg, VA (Smith Station Rd area)
- Ability to work 12–14 hour shifts
- Able to work a 5‑day schedule including weekends
- Must have reliable personal transportation (no take‑home trucks)
Pay and Benefits
- $1,671 weekly average - $86,892 annual average
- Top 10%: $1,735 weekly / $90,220 annually
- Stop Pay - Load Pay - Mentor Pay
- CPM based on experience: 0.50–0.54 CPM
