Requirements
- Must have active CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving in last 3 years
- Must have valid DOT physical (1-2 years)
- No more than 6 driving jobs in last 3 years
- Must be 5 years removed from SAP (if ever in)
- No more than 2 license suspensions in last 3 years
- No more than 2 at fault NON-DOT accidents in last 3 years
- No preventable / at fault DOT accidents in past 5 years
