PAY STRUCTURE
SOLO DRIVERS
$0.65 $0.70 CPM
4,000 5,000 miles weekly
TEAM DRIVERS
$0.80 $0.85 CPM
6,000+ miles weekly
PAYMENT DETAILS

Experience in Operating
- Dry Van
- Reefer
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to drive long distances and stay on the road
- Good communication with dispatch
- Responsible and punctual
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Knowledge of ELD systems
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
Pay and Benefits
- Solo drivers earn $0.65 – $0.70 CPM
- Team drivers earn $0.80 – $0.85 CPM
- 4,000 – 5,000 miles weekly for solo drivers
- 6,000+ miles weekly for team drivers
- Weekly direct deposit payment
- No hold payment – paid the following week
