Requirements
- At least 23 years old
- Valid unrestricted Class A CDL
- 9 months experience in last 12 months or 1 year in last 3 years
- Meet DOT driver requirements
- Able to obtain 6-month DOT med card
- No SAP; no prior positive/refused DOT drug/alcohol test
- Acceptable MVR, PSP, and work history review
Pay and Benefits
- $0.60/mile dry van company
- $0.65/mile reefer company
- Elite Fleet up to $0.70-$0.75/mile
- Lease purchase 70%-73% revenue
- BCBS medical, dental, vision for company drivers
