Requirements
- Age 23 or older with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Active Class A CDL
- Current Medical Certificate
- Clean MVR
- Pass FMCSA drug & alcohol screening
- Good employment history
Pay and Benefits
- Pay varies based on experience and level of production
- Driver starts making 20% of each load delivered
- Weekly payment typically ranges from $1,000 - $1,500
- Driver receives 100% detention pay
- Pay increases based on performance - Drivers eligible for increase after 6 months acceptable work
