High paying, home weekly CDL-A driving position. Drivers will deliver dry freight, hand unload trailers using rollers, and enjoy consistent weekly home time with strong earning potential.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license - 3 months experience
- Driver unload required (rollers, no pallets/lumpers)
- Ability to handle 2–3 loads per week, 4–5 stops per load
- Comfortable with mileage ranges of 1,000–2,500 round trip
- Willing to average 1,600 miles per week
- Availability for store deliveries starting at 5:00am or 11:00pm
- Must live within hiring areas (Kansas City MO, Chesterfield MO, Columbia, MO)
- Attend orientation (4–5 days, lodging provided, meals not included)
- Must be able to stay active and unload freight
Pay and Benefits
- Average weekly earnings: $1,610 ($83K annually)
- Top drivers earn $2,099 weekly ($109K annually)
- Mileage pay: $0.70–$0.76 CPM (based on experience)
- Load pay: $320 per load (avg. 2 loads/week)
- Safe & On‑Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay
- Weekly pay & home time (34‑hour reset, typically Sat/Sun off
