CDL-A drivers needed for a high paying regional position based near Odessa, TX. Earn $1,500 weekly on average with home time every week for a 34 hour reset. Routes cover Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, Southern UT, and Southern CO. Drivers unload dry freight using gravity rollers, averaging 23 loads per week with 26 stops and ~2,000 miles. Mentor training included at $200/day. Trucks may be taken home if parked securely.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license - 3 months experience
- Driver unload required (gravity rollers, no pallets/lumpers)
- Ability to handle 2–3 loads per week, 2–6 stops per load
- Comfortable with ~2,000 miles weekly
- Attend orientation (4–5 days, lodging provided, meals not included)
- Must be able to stay active and unload freight
- Must live within listed hiring areas
- Hiring areas - Within 100 miles of Odessa, TX / 75 miles of Deming, NM
- Within 75 miles of Abilene, TX, Lubbock, TX & El Paso, TX
Pay and Benefits
