We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated fleet based in Odessa, TX. Drivers average $1,500 weekly pay, covering about 2,000 miles per week with 23 loads and 26 stops per load. This is a home weekly position, offering a 34-hour reset with exact days varying by freight needs. The role requires driver unloads using gravity rollers, with pay provided for each unload.Experience in Operating

- Driver unload required - Paid for every unload

- Dedicated fleet position
- Trucks can be taken home if parked in secure, manager-approved location
- Delivery Locations - Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, Southern, UT, Southern CO
- Experience: Minimum 3 months
- Transmissions: Automatics
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly Pay Average: $1,500
- Compensation includes: CPM, Pay per Load & Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus
