We are seeking experienced and safety-focused OTR Professional Truck Drivers to join our fleet. Drivers will operate 2Must sign in model equipment (Freightliners available) hauling 53 dry van freight under direct shipper contracts. Drivers will be responsible for picking up and delivering loads on time, trip planning, maintaining equipment in safe condition by conducting daily pre/post trips and reporting maintenance issues. Good communication with dispatch team and safety supervisor is expected.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Valid CDL
- Minimum 5 yr of experience
- No major violations
- Good communication skils
- Able to plan trip ahead
- Three weeks out on the road
- Safely operating equipment
- Pre/Post trips
- Periodic safety trainings
Pay and Benefits
- 0.65 cpm start pay with 50$ extra for additional stop,
- 0.70 cpm available after 3 months
- Detention, layover and breakdown pay
- W2 OR 1099
- Escrow 2500$, 100$ per week until paid
