Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Clean driving record or ability to meet company standards.
- At least 9-12 months recent OTR/team driving experience preferred.
- Training program available for newer CDL holders or recent graduates.
- Team-oriented mindset – must work well with a partner.
- Willingness to run dedicated long-haul routes NC to AZ/CA.
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen.
- Must pass background check.
- Ability to handle 11-hour driving shifts in a team setup.
- Commitment to safe, reliable coast-to-coast dry/refrigerated freight.
Pay and Benefits
- Competitive pay: Experienced team drivers can earn up to $75K+ annually.
- Performance bonuses: Up to $1,000 per month for running 4 West Coast trips.
