Must sign in and partners are now hiring experienced Class A CDL Solo and Team OTR Truck Drivers to run our newly updated modernized fleet. 30% Gross or 65 per mile (you can switch between them). We are looking for motivated company drivers with 2+ years experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Immediate positions available. We have strong nationwide OTR routes. You can live anywhere. Slow season averages more than $2,000 per week. Busy season is more with some guys hitting $2,700 + consistently.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years verifiable CDL experience
- Valid Class A CDL with no pending suspensions
- Up-to-date valid medical card
- Clean MVR and acceptable PSP report
- No failed or refused drug/alcohol tests in last 4 years
- No DWI/DUI/BAC in last 4 years
- No reckless driving in last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations/accidents in last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in last year
- Stable 3+ years verifiable work history
Pay and Benefits
- 30% Line Haul + Bonuses (most popular for solos)
- Peak avg. weekly gross $2,100 – $2,400 (peaks to $2,700+)
- Switch between percentage and miles pay anytime
- Up to 65¢ per mile (if you choose millage pay)
- Full-time floor $104,130 in 2025 (nobody made less)
- Top performers reached $144,600 last year. Most between 115k and 125k.
