- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year verifiable driving experience
- Clean MVR and PSP record
- Must pass DOT drug and alcohol test
- Must pass pre-employment physical
- Knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations
- Reliable and safety-focused driver
- Good communication with dispatch
- Ability to run OTR or regional routes
- No serious violations in last 3 years
