Regional Solo Driver needed to join an amazing company. We value our drivers. This position offers consistent and predictable routes, customer Must sign in and great pay! Drivers deliver no touch freight with most loads Must sign in refrigerated. Driver will need to get Hazmat within 90 days of hire. Requirements
- MUST HAVE SAFE PARKING FOR TRACTOR/TRAILER AT HOME
- HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT (WITHIN 90 DAYS OF HIRE)
- VALID CDL-A
- LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF FRONT ROYAL, VA
- ABLE TO DRIVE NIGHTS
- STRONG SAFETY RECORD
Pay and Benefits
- AVERAGE WEEKLY PAY: $1,500 GROSS
- HAZMAT LOADS: +$75
- Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to +3 CPM
- Backhaul detention: $20/hr (after 2 hrs)
- CPM: $0.65–$0.70 based on experience
- Mentor pay: $150/day (first 5 days)
- Home weekly
- Onsite mechanic shop
