We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operators to run regional and OTR dry van freight. Drivers earn $5,600 - $8,500 gross weekly, depending on home time location, flexibility, and dedication. Freight is 100% no-touch, with consistent outbound and backhaul lanes from Illinois to surrounding states.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Hiring from all states except California
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 18 months experience
- Must pass urine drug test
- Trucks: no maximum age, but must pass internal DOT inspection
- Outward-facing cameras required
- SAP drivers accepted
Pay and Benefits
- Gross earnings: $5,600–$8,500 weekly
- Compensation: 75% of gross revenue
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
- Fuel discount: $0.15 per gallon
- DOT inspections: 2 free per year (failed inspections billed at $90)
- Weekly revenue goals set collaboratively with Division Leader
