OTR CDL-A drivers run nationwide routes (no Northeast) with consistent freight and weekly home-time Must sign in when possible. Expect 23 weeks out with 23 days home. No set downtimeresets must be approved. Assigned late-model automatic trucks (no equipment selection). Drivers must follow company policies, route planning, and communication standards. Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Ability to run OTR (2–3 weeks out)
- Must complete post-hire training program
- Must follow dispatch, trip planning, and safety procedures
- Must return equipment to designated terminal if requested
- Strong communication and reliability required
Pay and Benefits
- Starting at $0.45 CPM (based on experience)
- Increases up to $0.555 CPM
- Average weekly pay: $1,500
