OTR CDL-A drivers run nationwide routes (no Northeast) with consistent freight and weekly home-time when possible. Expect 23 weeks out with 23 days home. No set downtimeresets must be approved. Assigned late-model automatic trucks (no equipment selection). Drivers must follow company policies, route planning, and communication standards. Steady miles, growing fleet, and strong weekly earnings potential.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Ability to run OTR (2–3 weeks out)
  • Must complete post-hire training program
  • Must follow dispatch, trip planning, and safety procedures
  • Must return equipment to designated terminal if requested
  • Strong communication and reliability required

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting at $0.45 CPM (based on experience)
  • Increases up to $0.555 CPM
  • Average weekly pay: $1,500
