Full-Time | Company Driver | Current as of Dec 2, 2025
We are hiring CDL-A local drivers to shuttle freight between Richmond-area locations. This is a labor-intensive position utilizing auto/self-unloading trailers. Drivers will be in and out of the tractor multiple times per day, handling drop & hook, live pickups, and deliveries.Schedule
Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (flexibility required)
Typical work week: 45 days

Experience in Operating
- Dry Van
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete background check and security clearance for badge access
- Willingness to meet labor‑intensive demands (multiple drop & hook, live pickups/deliveries daily)
- Comfortable operating PTO hydraulic system and auto/self‑unloading trailers (training provided)
- Provide own transportation to truck parking locations (Chester, VA or Richmond, VA)
- Must adhere to union rules and dress code standards
- Reliability and consistency in handling 5–12 loads per day
- 12 months CDL-A experience required
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly pay average for a 40 hour work week is $980
