Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with at least 1 year of recent flatbed or regional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations or DUIs in the past 5 years)
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check
- Physically capable of securing and tarping loads as required
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
Pay and Benefits
- Base Mileage Pay: $0.65 per mile (all miles paid, loaded and empty)
- Weekly Earnings: $1,800–$2,200+ based on 2,400–2,800 miles per week, plus bonuses
- Tarp Pay: $75 per load requiring tarping
- Performance & Safety Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses rewarding safe driving and on-time deliveries
