Full-Time | Company Driver | Current as of Dec 2, 2025
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional account based in Front Royal, VA. Drivers will run routes covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV (within 700 miles of the distribution center).This is a 100% touch freight position requiring live unloads at retail stores.
Drivers average 1,500 miles per week with 16 stops per trailer.
Weekly home time is provided for a 34-hour reset.

Requirements
- Physically unload freight at retail stores (paid unloads)
- Run a minimum of 3 loads per week
- Operate safely in tight backing situations
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- 3 months experience required
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly average pay: $1,725
- Top pay: Up to $2,200 weekly (top 10% of drivers)
- Unload pay: $250 per trailer
- Weekly incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloads
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days)
- Vacation pay and holiday pay per company policy
- Insurance - Coverage begins after 30 days
