Requirements
- Truck:4 Must be a sleeper (20,000 lbs or les4s). 5th wheel must be 47.5 inches or 4less.
- Must have a 9-Pin plug-and-play port for the ELD.
- Inspections: Must pass a U.S. DOT Inspection dated within 60 days
- (advise holding off on inspection until the application is filed).
- Required Documents: Title (front/back). Bill of Sale. Paid 2290 (Cat V)
- Active EIN. Lease Agreement (if applicable).
- Insurance: Physical Damage. Bobtail. Occupational Accident
- Minimum of 5-7 Days Out
